Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Commercial Secondary Market division (offices, retail, warehouses, industrial units, etc.).
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand commercial market share.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of commercial property consultants.
- Oversee transaction pipelines and ensure consistent deal closures.
- Build strong client relationships with corporate clients, investors, developers, and landlords.
- Provide market insights, pricing strategies, and feasibility guidance to clients.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, and internal brokerage standards.
- Lead commercial marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Manage operational performance, KPIs, revenue growth, and departmental profitability.
- Represent Sky View Real Estate in major client meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
- Identify new opportunities for portfolio diversification and revenue expansion.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE Real Estate experience, specifically in Commercial and Secondary Market.
- Proven track record of managing a commercial real estate team or department.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai commercial market, including leasing and sales.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
- Strong network of landlords, corporates, and commercial investors (preferred).
- RERA certification is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced qualification preferred.
