Director / Senior Director - AI Consulting

Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Director or Senior Director to scale our AI Consulting business. This executive role is responsible for driving innovation, delivering transformative AI solutions, and scaling our consulting practice to serve Fortune 500 clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in artificial intelligence, a proven ability to build and expand consulting businesses, and a history of published thought leadership. This leader will shape our AI consulting strategy, guide a high-performing team, and establish our organization as a trusted advisor in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Consulting business, aligned with overall company objectives.
• Business Growth: Drive significant revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, expanding service offerings, and building strong client partnerships.
• Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executives at Fortune 500 organizations, providing expert guidance on AI adoption, strategy, and implementation.
• Technical Excellence: Oversee the design and delivery of advanced AI solutions, ensuring technical rigor and innovative approaches tailored to client needs.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary consulting team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Thought Leadership: Represent the organization as an industry thought leader through published articles, keynote presentations, and participation in leading AI forums and conferences.
• Operational Excellence: Establish robust processes and best practices to ensure high-quality project delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Deep hands-on knowledge of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Business Building: Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and managing a profitable consulting business or practice, with measurable impact on revenue and market presence.
• Team Management: Proven experience leading, developing, and retaining high-performing technical and consulting teams.
• Fortune 500 Experience: Extensive track record advising and delivering AI solutions to Fortune 500 clients, with a strong understanding of enterprise needs, challenges, and stakeholder management.
• Thought Leadership: Recognized authority in the AI field with a history of published articles, whitepapers, or presentations at major industry events.
