As the Director of Service Logistics at Superior Propane, you will be responsible for overseeing the North American Service Logistics teams.

What you’ll do:
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee our new North American Service Logistics Operations
- Increase productivity of Service Coordinators in scheduling / routing service personnel
- Increase productivity of service personnel by more efficiently scheduling service-related work and reducing mileage driven
KPI’s
- Increase productivity of Service Coordinators in scheduling / routing service personnel
- Increase productivity of service personnel by more efficiently scheduling service-related work
- Reduce mileage per service job
- Engaged in operating income initiatives, reducing operations costs, and increasing efficiency
- Create and strategically adjust departments’ activities, policies, and practices to meet and/or exceed KPI’s and customer satisfaction goals

What you bring:- Bachelor Degree
- 5+ years of service scheduling experience or related experience
- Previous experience in leading and building a team is required
- Previous experience in the propane industry strongly preferred
- Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required
- Expertise with electronic traceability and scheduling tools is required
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Superior querying, Excel, and Access skills, with the ability to efficiently generate complex analytics
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, or other pertinent software
- Perform other various job duties as assigned

The expected annual salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000 a year. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive program.
