WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
The Director of Service Marketing leads the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives to drive organic growth in CPI’s core and OEM service markets. This outward-facing role is responsible for elevating CPI Service’s brand, identifying market opportunities, and positioning CPI as a trusted partner in solving critical customer challenges. You will shape compelling narratives, champion differentiated offerings, and foster long-term customer loyalty.
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with CPI’s service roadmaps and business objectives.
- Collaborate with product management and global sales to ensure consistent messaging and effective positioning across all channels.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives across digital, event, and traditional platforms to deliver a unified customer experience.
- Identify new market opportunities by understanding customer needs and differentiating CPI’s service solutions.
- Represent CPI at industry events and present business opportunities to executive leadership.
Growth / Adjacencies:
- Engage with stakeholders to validate market needs and leverage CPI’s unique competencies.
- Analyze and prioritize target market segments to support growth objectives.
- Conduct competitive analysis and integrate products, services, and partners into a cohesive portfolio.
- Perform objective market opportunity assessments, quantify risks, and make data-driven recommendations
Marketing Communications:
- Plan and execute CPI’s presence at industry events, including booth design, logistics, and marketing collateral.
- Develop high-quality, brand-consistent materials to support the buyer journey.
- Partner with external agencies to create impactful assets that enhance CPI’s market presence.
Digital Marketing:
- Lead data-driven digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, paid social) and manage content for blogs, social media, and newsletters.
- Optimize CPI’s website for usability, searchability, and lead generation.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.- 10+ years of integrated marketing experience, ideally in payment solutions, kiosk, or gaming industries.
- Proven success in multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, CRM, email platforms).
- Pragmatic Marketer Certification is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel domestically/internationally (up to 25%; average 10%).
