Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute short- and long-term wellness strategies aligned with Rixos and AIC brand standards.

Innovate wellness programs integrating spa, fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness.
Operational Excellence

Oversee spa and wellness operations across multiple properties, ensuring consistency and quality.

Implement Standard Operating Procedures and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

Lead openings and assist development during the design stage
Financial Management

Manage global budgets, forecasting, and P&L for spa and wellness operations.

Drive revenue through strategic pricing, promotions, and partnerships.
Brand & Guest Experience

Act as a global ambassador for wellness, representing Rixos and AIC values.

Ensure personalized guest journeys and exceptional service standards.

Team Development

Recruit, train, and mentor spa leaders across regions.

Foster a culture of well-being and continuous improvement for team members.
Marketing & Innovation

Collaborate with marketing teams to promote wellness offerings globally.

Compliance & Sustainability

Qualifications
Qualifications

Ideally Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Wellness Management.

Minimum 5–7 years in luxury spa leadership, preferably multi-property or global role.

Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills.

Expertise in wellness trends, spa technology, and guest experience design
