Director — Strategic Capital Transactions

Director Strategic Capital Transactions' roles focus on leading high-impact financial deals like M&A, financings, and capital optimization. These positions typically report to C-suite executives and drive corporate growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead identification, structuring, and execution of strategic transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, equity/debt financings, and capital markets activities.
  • Develop financial models for cash flow forecasting, valuation, IRR analysis, scenario planning, and capital allocation to support decision-making.
  • Conduct due diligence, market intelligence gathering (M&A landscape, macro trends), and relationship management with investors, lenders, and stakeholders.
  • Optimize capital structure, oversee treasury/cash management, and ensure governance through reporting, dashboards, and commercial performance monitoring.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA/CFA preferred); 8-18+ years in finance, M&A, project finance, or strategic transactions.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, structured deals, investor negotiations, and sectors like infrastructure or real estate.
  • Strong leadership to mentor teams and align finance with business growth objectives.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: BD20.000 - BD100.000 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
