THE POSITION

As a Director Strategic Sourcing here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving Honeywell's strategic initiatives and long-term growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, conducting market research and analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.

You will report directly to our Sr. Director Strategic Sourcing and you will work out of our Tempe, AZ OR one of our other Aero locations on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact comprehensive strategic direction, alignment, execution, performance monitoring, risk management, stakeholder engagement, decision support, innovation, communication, budget management, cross-functional collaboration, long-term sustainability, performance improvement, employee development, and competitive advantage. Your strategic thinking, leadership skills, and ability to drive successful execution of strategic plans will be essential in contributing to the growth and success of Honeywell.
