We are looking for an exceptional individual to join the leadership team of our Strategy and Commercial Advisory (S&CA) business unit.
You will be a highly motivated, proactive, driven and dynamic individual with the ability to define, drive and develop the service, and identify and secure opportunities for the wider team.
This role is based in our Dubai office and will require frequent domestic travel to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To meet client needs, there will be requirements to work from client offices for specific projects. The role may also involve international travel.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Take the lead on defining and shaping projects, drawing on the expertise of our wider multi-disciplinary team.
- Lead the delivery of financial, economic, strategic, and commercial services to advise on the design, development and operations of venues and events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
Business Development
- Establish Trivandi as market leader for strategy, consulting and advisory services, differentiating us from our competitors.
- Seek out and convert new business opportunities by building and leveraging your personal network.
- Effectively communicate Trivandi’s value proposition to existing and potential clients.
- Maintain, develop and grow relationships with our existing clients & partners with the aim of maximising long term business opportunities.
- Play an active part in the achievement of Trivandi’s business plan, leading on the business development strategy for S&CA.
- Be alive to potential opportunities for other aspects of the business (e.g., events), making connections and sharing contacts.
Leadership
- Build strong collaborative working relationships with colleagues in other parts of the business.
- Be an active member of the Trivandi’s Management Team, contributing to the development of the business.
- Take the lead on implementing specific company-wide strategic initiatives which serve to move the business forward.
The key knowledge, experience and qualifications we are looking for include:
- Qualified to at least degree level in a relevant subject.
- Substantial post-qualification experience at a senior leadership level in a consultancy environment.
- Able to open new opportunities and secure new business.
- Acutely commercially aware, with experience of making sound business decisions and negotiating contracts.
- Experience within the sports/venues/events sector, with a ready-made network of industry contacts.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and iOS applications.
