- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition (agency or in-house), with significant experience in global recruitment.
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience managing recruiters and projects, with a proven track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
- Extensive expertise in talent acquisition best practices, a wide-ranging business acumen, and a thorough understanding of labor market trends and legislative regulations specific to the APAC region.
Proven track record in a dynamic, global, fast-paced, matrixed environment.

You will provide strategic direction and operational oversight for recruiting efforts across the region. As a key contributor of the Global TA Leadership team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and analyzing all aspects of the talent acquisition process and strategy, partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective full life cycle recruiting. This highly visible role impacts all levels of the organization, providing expertise on talent acquisition strategies, policies, and best-in-class programs to innovatively attract and engage top talent.
What you'll do:
Strategic Leadership & Planning:
- Lead the development and execution of a targeted regional talent acquisition strategy, introducing best practices tailored to specific countries or business units.
- Set strategic and operational goals for all aspects of talent acquisition aligning with the Global TA CoE on core operations and talent attraction projects.
- Collaborate extensively with the Global TA team to align processes, benchmark expertise, and contribute towards the overall direction and evolution of the talent acquisition function.
- Identify and proactively address areas requiring immediate attention to successfully deliver on business talent needs.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build, develop, lead, mentor, and increase the capabilities and competencies of a high-performing regional Talent Acquisition team, fostering a culture of creativity, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
- Drive high-quality talent practices within your organization, inspiring and motivating recruiters and coordinators to achieve ambitious goals.
Operational Excellence & Process Management:
- Oversee all talent acquisition activities across the APAC region, including sourcing, assessment, selection, employer branding, systems, and university relations across diverse business units.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to ensure consistency in communications, candidate experience, and recruitment delivery.
- Develop and maintain an effective recruitment process that provides exceptional experiences for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Lead the exploration and implementation of creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and qualified talent pool.
Analytics, Influence & Stakeholder Management:
- Utilize historical hiring data and future demand forecasting to identify and implement the most effective sourcing and hiring models for the region.
- Measure and manage core recruiting metrics related to time, cost, volume, and quality, using data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage and influence business and functional leaders on talent acquisition priorities, ensuring organizational needs are met through strong consultative partnerships.
- Establish and maintain deep market and industry expertise, including a comprehensive view of trends and competitors, to identify opportunities to improve talent acquisition results.
- Drive the implementation of global initiatives through collaborative partnerships with regional counterparts, HR, and other teams within the overall HR function.
