Director, Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic leader to shape how we attract, develop, and retain top talent. As Director of Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness, you'll design and deliver enterprise-wide strategies that drive performance, engagement, and culture. You'll lead talent reviews, succession planning, and career development initiatives, while managing our learning technology ecosystem (LMS) to support growth and compliance. This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to make data-driven talent decisions and foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.

What You'll Do
  • Build and execute talent strategies for performance management, career growth, succession, and engagement.
  • Lead organizational assessments (surveys, focus groups) and culture-shaping initiatives.
  • Design and conduct organizational assessments that assess culture and team effectiveness
  • Analyze talent and engagement data to guide decisions, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with leaders and HRBPs to close skill gaps and strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Oversee and optimize learning technology systems (LMS) in partnership with HR Tech.
  • Stay ahead of trends in talent management and organizational effectiveness.



What We're Looking For
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in talent management and organizational development.
  • Expertise in performance management, succession planning, and career development.
  • Strong analytical, consulting, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms (UKG experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or advanced HR/OD certifications preferred.
  • Proven success driving engagement, retention, and organizational health.
