This key leadership role will focus on managing all technical aspects of our ambitious projects and initiatives, ensuring that we deliver high-quality outcomes that align with our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership
• • Provide vision and direction for the technical department, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
  • Mentor and develop engineering teams to enhance skills and expertise.
  • Drive innovation by encouraging and implementing new technologies and methodologies.
• Project Management
• • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed to specifications, on time, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all technical aspects of projects are integrated effectively.
• Continuous Improvement
• • Identify areas for improvement within technical operations and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize data and metrics to assess performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align technical requirements with business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and industry partners to support project success.
• Compliance and Risk Management
• • Ensure adherence to all relevant local and international standards, regulations, and best practices in engineering and construction.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technical operations.
• Reporting and Documentation
• • Maintain thorough documentation of technical specifications, project plans, and compliance records.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in a leadership role within technical services or engineering management in large-scale development or construction projects.
• Experience applying project management methodologies and principles.
• Experience collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience driving innovation and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in technical operations.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering standards, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to large-scale projects.
• Experience with risk management and problem-solving in complex environments.
• Experience preparing technical documentation and reports.
