Role and Responsibilities
The Visual Display Expansion Business Development & Operations Director will lead strategic initiatives for business expansion, new content development, and operational support within the eCommerce organization. This role will oversee key projects for 2026, manage external partnerships, and ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
Roles & Responsibility:
Creating $50M in New Expansion Business in Partnership with External Carrier, Movers & SMB Partners

Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives with carriers (e.g., Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile), real estate platforms (e.g., Zillow, Re/MAX), and SMB partners to drive $50M in new business revenue.

Design and implement customer deal development programs to integrate Samsung products into partner ecosystems and expand market reach.

Lead cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Managing the Emerging Profitable Business Units P&L E2E of Display, Memory, Service & Accessories, Soundbar

Oversee end-to-end profitability for emerging business units, including Display, Memory, Service & Accessories, and Soundbar.

Develop and execute financial strategies to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining cost efficiency.

Collaborate with finance and product teams to forecast P&L performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Drive innovation in product offerings to enhance competitiveness and market share.
Managing the Overall Visual Display Team's Site Operations & Execution Strategy

Lead the development and implementation of site operations strategies to ensure seamless execution of key projects.

Conduct daily execution calls to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Perform website audits to identify and resolve issues related to product configurators, Buy Box optimization, and promotional accuracy.

Provide competitive insights through standardized reporting and alerts to inform strategic decision-making.
Working Closely with HE Integrated Marketing & Corporate Marketing & Merchandizing Team to Envision & Develop the Marketing and Content Strategy

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for key campaigns and projects.

Design personalized content plans for re-targeting, segmentation, and CRM targeting to enhance customer engagement.

Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials to support product launches and promotional activities.

Ensure alignment between marketing strategies and operational execution to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

12-14 years of experience in business development, operations, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing external partnerships and go-to-market strategies.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate consumer experience journeys and inventory planning.

Experience in executing sports marketing programs and new product launches.
Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience in eCommerce and digital marketing.

Familiarity with industry-leading companies like Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Zillow, and Re/MAX.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $212,000 and $252,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
