Director, Workflow Operations

The Director, Workflow Operations (KO Art & Workfront) is responsible for architecting, operating, and continuously improving the end‑to‑end innovation and packaging graphics workflow across the North America Operating Unit. This role serves as the strategic owner of KO Art and Workfront innovation workflow operations—integrating automation, AI, governance, and cross‑functional collaboration to accelerate speed‑to‑market, eliminate manual processes, and ensure compliant, high‑quality packaging execution. The Director will modernize how workflows across Marketing, Design, PGM, Compliance, Legal/SRA, Commercial, and Supply Chain, ensuring a seamless, tech‑enabled operating system for packaging delivery.

Focus, Scope & Impact

  • Serve as the OU’s strategic lead for KO Art and Workfront innovation workflow orchestration, ensuring both platforms operate as the integrated backbone of innovation & packaging graphics process.
  • Partner with product owners and serve as a liaison to prioritize enhancements, inform roadmap decisions, and ensure NAOU requirements are represented in global development.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate, connect, and accelerate the packaging value chain—reducing manual touchpoints and enabling “packaging at pace.”
  • Oversee KO Art AI compliance features, digital proofing adoption, color management integrations, and workflow automation to drive accuracy, governance, and speed.
  • Lead and facilitate the Leap Lap / Stages & Gates workflow for all innovation projects, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are met.
  • Conduct routine pipeline health reviews, delivering actionable insights for senior leadership and supporting strategic prioritization across brands and categories.
  • Build and maintain Workfront dashboards and reports to enable real-time visibility into innovation project status, resource allocation, and bottleneck identification.
  • Manage daily operational performance of the KO Art platform, including workflow logic, documentation, permissions, system configurations, and quality standards.
  • Ensure KO Art and Workfront operate as a connected ecosystem, enabling one source of truth for briefs, approvals, proofs, compliance checks, and production files.
  • Use workflow data, KO Art reporting, and Workfront insights to identify process bottlenecks, quality risks, and opportunities to automate or standardize.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years in packaging graphics, workflow operations, marketing operations, or production management (beverage/CPG experience preferred).
  • Understanding of packaging graphics development, prepress, color management, and print production.
  • Expertise in workflow design and administration within Workfront, KO Art, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience deploying automation, AI tools, digital proofing, or workflow integrations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience leading cross‑functional teams and influencing senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and create scalable, user-friendly systems.

Pay Range:$169,000 - $200,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
