About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Director’s Assistant Intern to support our Director in day-to-day operations, strategic projects, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in leadership support, project coordination, communication, and organizational management.
You will work closely with the Director, gaining firsthand exposure to high-level decision-making, business planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation as requested.
- Support ongoing projects by conducting research, gathering data, and tracking progress.
- Handle internal and external communication on behalf of the Director when needed.
- Organize files, maintain records, and ensure smooth information flow between departments.
- Help coordinate events, workshops, or internal initiatives led by the Director.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Perform other tasks related to office operations or executive support.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing ( or graduated with) a degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English.
