Location: Sikandrabad, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary:

The Director’s Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director. The role requires excellent communication, computer proficiency, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle official correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the Director.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for follow-ups and updates.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for business trips and meetings.
  • Maintain records, files, and confidential documents in an organized manner.
  • Assist in project tracking, task monitoring, and meeting minutes preparation.
  • Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Director.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Smart personality, discipline, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Male candidate, age 22–35 years.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer.
  • Candidates from corporate or manufacturing setups preferred.
