Job Summary:
The Director’s Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director. The role requires excellent communication, computer proficiency, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle official correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the Director.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for follow-ups and updates.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for business trips and meetings.
- Maintain records, files, and confidential documents in an organized manner.
- Assist in project tracking, task monitoring, and meeting minutes preparation.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Director.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Smart personality, discipline, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Male candidate, age 22–35 years.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer.
- Candidates from corporate or manufacturing setups preferred.
