Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Director of Service Integration to lead the design, implementation, and management of end-to-end ICT solutions across enterprise environments. This role will focus on integrating advanced networking, security, infrastructure, and ICT services to deliver seamless, scalable, and innovative solutions tailored to client needs. The ideal candidate will oversee strategic initiatives, drive service integration excellence, and ensure the successful delivery of complex ICT projects, including system integration, resource optimization, and vendor collaboration.

This position demands exceptional leadership capabilities, deep technical expertise in ICT service integration, and a proven ability to manage large-scale projects involving networking, security, wireless, voice systems, and passive infrastructure. The candidate will work with technologies and products from leading vendors such as Cisco, Huawei, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Ribbon SBC, Imagicle, and NICE & Cisco Contact Center.

The Director of Service Integration will play a pivotal role in driving ICT service integration excellence, ensuring seamless delivery of advanced solutions, and fostering collaboration across teams and stakeholders. This position is critical to achieving the organization’s strategic goals and maintaining its leadership in the ICT industry.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the strategic vision for service integration, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of technical managers, engineers, and specialists to achieve excellence in service delivery, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless integration of services and technologies across ICT domains.

Service Integration Excellence

  • Oversee the end-to-end integration of ICT services, including networking, security, wireless, voice systems, and passive infrastructure, ensuring seamless functionality and scalability.
  • Drive innovation in ICT service delivery by leveraging emerging technologies such as SD-WAN, SD-Access, Cisco ACI, and advanced security frameworks.
  • Ensure all integrated solutions meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client-specific needs.

Enterprise Network Design & Management

  • Lead the architecture, deployment, and optimization of enterprise network solutions, including WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, and SD-Access technologies.
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, and security in all networking solutions to support business-critical operations.

Cisco ACI & Data Center Networking

  • Spearhead initiatives involving Cisco ACI for data center networking, ensuring optimal configuration, integration, and performance.
  • Drive innovation in data center technologies to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

Security Frameworks

  • Develop and implement robust security strategies, including firewalls, VPNs, access control systems, and advanced threat detection.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and proactively address emerging security threats.

Wireless & Voice Solutions

  • Oversee the deployment and management of enterprise-grade wireless (WLAN) and VoIP systems to ensure seamless communication and connectivity.
  • Optimize voice and wireless solutions to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Passive Infrastructure

  • Direct the planning, installation, and maintenance of structured cabling systems (fiber and copper) to support networking and telecommunications needs.
  • Ensure passive infrastructure is designed to meet scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness requirements.

BOQs and Proposals

  • Prepare, review, and approve detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and technical proposals for ICT integration projects.
  • Collaborate with sales, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate cost estimations and resource allocation.

Client Engagement

  • Represent the organization in high-level client meetings, providing strategic insights and recommending tailored ICT solutions.
  • Participate in RFP/RFQ processes, ensuring technical documentation and proposals meet client requirements and expectations.

Project Oversight

  • Manage multiple large-scale ICT integration projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Implement project management best practices to maintain quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Negotiate technical and commercial aspects to achieve optimal outcomes for service integration projects.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of service integration designs, configurations, and processes.
  • Provide regular updates and strategic reports to senior management and stakeholders on project progress and challenges.

Budgeting

  • Develop and manage budgets for service integration projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational financial goals.
  • Monitor expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgets throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.

Professional Certifications

  • PMP, CCIE, CCNP, or equivalent certifications in networking, security, or wireless are highly preferred.
  • Additional certifications in SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, security (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto), or voice technologies are a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in ICT service integration, networking, and security environments, including 10+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale ICT projects involving WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, SD-Access, wireless (WLAN), voice systems, and passive infrastructure.
  • Extensive experience with Cisco ACI for data center networking and structured cabling systems (fiber and copper).
  • Hands-on expertise with ICT technologies from Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and other leading vendors.

Skills

  • Strong experience in preparing and reviewing BOQs and technical proposals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
