What to Expect

Located in Kemalpaşa, our facility plays an important role in supporting our production operations. We offer an inclusive and supportive working environment where individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply and develop their careers.As part of our team, employees contribute to daily operational and production activities by supporting manufacturing processes, operating or assisting with machinery, and ensuring work is carried out in accordance with quality and safety standards. Both experienced and inexperienced candidates are welcome, as on-the-job training will be provided where necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Carry out assigned product operations in line with work orders and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Perform assembly operations carefully and in accordance with samples, fixtures, and technical instructions.
• Operate required machinery (including Inject Marking, Bearing Marking, Tampo Marking, Henn, Fin Power, and inflation machines) in compliance with operating procedures and panel samples.
• Ensure proper use, basic autonomous maintenance, and regular record-keeping of machines and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and organization within the assigned department.
• Immediately report any malfunctions, nonconformities, or issues to the supervisor.
• Follow escalation procedures when necessary and aim to complete all tasks correctly on the first attempt.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to the working environment.
• Support quality management system objectives by preparing, updating, and maintaining relevant documentation and quality records, ensuring proper storage and archiving.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

• Preferably graduating from high school or equivalent schools.
• To be able to use hand tools for the job.
• Being between the ages of 20-40.
• To have completed his military service.
• Registered with İŞKUR (Turkish Employment Agency), with a disability rating of at least 40% or higher,
• Able to submit a Medical Board Report,
• For male candidates, completed military service,
• Experienced or inexperienced candidates may apply.
