Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Client & Scope Overview:
This opportunity is part of a multi-year program providing Project Management Consultancy Services for 3 years. Selected professionals will support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and quality assurance of development and humanitarian projects across multiple sectors, including infrastructure, health, education, economic development, disaster management, and climate change. Experts will be mobilized as required to provide technical depth, project delivery support, and alignment with international best practices and donor standards.

Required Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Disaster Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in disaster risk reduction, emergency management, or crisis response.
• Strong expertise in developing and implementing disaster preparedness and control strategies.
• Ability to advise on risk assessments, contingency planning, and operational coordination.

Field of Experience:

• Disaster risk management, humanitarian response, emergency planning, or resilience programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and implementation of disaster management and control frameworks.
• Provide expert input into risk reduction and emergency preparedness plans.
• Advise on disaster response operations, ensuring alignment with international best practices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to enhance organizational resilience and response capacity.

Language: Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
