We are building multiple fast-growing online brands in finance, entrepreneurship, and lifestyle, and we’re looking for a high-performance digital operator to run our growth systems.

This is NOT a “post some content” job.
This is a build, automate, scale role.

Your Mission

Turn attention into community.
Turn community into leads.
Turn leads into revenue.

You will own our social media growth, Discord community setup, and GoHighLevel automation systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Growth

• Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X
• Create content strategies designed for viral reach + lead capture
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips
• Optimize bios, CTAs, and funnels
• Track analytics and improve performance weekly

Discord Community Build

• Create and structure Discord servers from scratch
• Set up roles, channels, permissions, and bots
• Design onboarding flows for new members
• Create engagement systems (announcements, events, gamification)
• Keep the community active and organized

GoHighLevel (GHL) Systems

• Build funnels, landing pages, and lead capture forms
• Set up email + SMS automations
• Create workflows and CRM pipelines
• Connect domains, tracking, and integrations
• Improve conversion rates and customer journeys

You Are Perfect If You:

• Have real experience growing social media accounts
• Have built Discord communities before
• Are confident using GoHighLevel (not beginner level)
• Understand funnels, lead magnets, and online monetization
• Think in systems, not random posts
• Can work independently and move fast
• Are obsessed with performance and results

What Success Looks Like

• Social accounts growing weekly
• Discord community active and structured
• Leads flowing into CRM automatically
• Funnels converting
• Systems running without constant supervision

Compensation

• Monthly salary (based on experience)
• Performance bonuses tied to growth and leads
