Digital Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our online presence, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies including SEO, paid advertising, social media, and content marketing while analyzing performance and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, Google Ads, social media, email marketing, etc.).
  • Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Oversee social media platforms, create engaging content, and increase brand awareness.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to improve organic rankings.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, conversion-focused content.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
  • Monitor KPIs such as traffic, leads, conversion rates, CTR, and ROI; prepare regular performance reports.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to outperform in the market.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

KPIs / Performance Metrics:

  • Growth in website traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • ROI and performance of paid campaigns.
  • Improvement in engagement rates across digital platforms.
  • Increase in brand awareness and online visibility.
  • SEO performance (keyword rankings, organic traffic).

Salary Range:

PKR 90,000 – 150,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)
