Responsibilities:

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns for medical billing services
• Generate leads through targeted email outreach
• Write compelling email copy with strong CTAs
• Build and maintain email lists and CRM databases
• Monitor campaign performance, open rates, and conversions
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and email marketing best practices
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Email Marketing (At-least 2 years)
• Experience in Medical Billing / Healthcare industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of Mailchimp, Instantly, Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, or similar tools
• Excellent English communication and copywriting skills
• Understanding of lead generation and automation strategies
• Ability to analyze campaign metrics and optimize performance
