Job Description:

Wigatech Solutions is looking for a Discord & Twitch Specialist to manage and grow our online communities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, building a strong community, managing live streams, and driving audience interaction on both platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and moderate the company’s Discord server to maintain an active, safe, and engaging community.
• Plan and host live streaming sessions on Twitch to promote projects..
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote streams and events across social platforms.
• Respond to community questions, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner.
• Analyze community growth and Twitch performance metrics to improve results.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in Discord/Twitch community management or streaming.
• Familiarity with Discord bots, server setup, and moderation tools.
• Strong knowledge of Twitch streaming, overlays, alerts, and engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new engagement ideas.
• Passion for gaming, streaming, or online communities is a plus.
