Job Overview:

We are looking for a Twitch & Discord Sales Specialist who can combine community engagement with sales strategy to convert followers into customers. The ideal candidate knows how to use Twitch streams and Discord communities to promote products, build trust, and drive consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow our Discord and Twitch communities to attract potential customers and boost sales.
  • Host live streams and events that promote products, services, or special offers in an authentic, engaging way.
  • Convert community engagement into leads and sales through interactive promotions, affiliate campaigns, or product showcases.
  • Create and implement sales campaigns tailored for Twitch viewers and Discord members.
  • Track and analyze community metrics, sales conversions, and ROI to optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align streaming content with ongoing ads, launches, and offers.
  • Build partnerships or influencer collaborations that expand reach and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain an active, trustworthy presence in both platforms to strengthen brand credibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience managing Twitch streams and Discord servers for a brand, business, or personal brand.
  • Strong sales or marketing background, especially in digital or influencer-based sales.
  • Excellent verbal communication and on-camera presence.
  • Knowledge of Twitch tools (OBS, Streamlabs, overlays, etc.) and Discord automation (bots, roles, announcements).
  • Understanding of sales funnels, call-to-action tactics, and audience engagement.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to build campaigns that convert viewers into paying customers.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing or eCommerce is a plus.
