HalerSoft is looking for a Discord & Twitch Specialist who can manage and grow our online community, engage viewers, and enhance our live-stream presence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Discord community servers
• Moderate chats and maintain server rules
• Assist in Twitch stream setup, layouts, and moderation
• Engage with the audience during streams
• Create and manage Discord roles, channels & events
• Improve viewer engagement strategies
• Collaborate with marketing & content teams
• Track community insights and analytics

Requirements:

• Experience with Discord server management
• Knowledge of Twitch streaming, moderation, or overlays
• Understanding of online communities & gaming culture
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative and active personality
• Ability to work on-site (remote not allowed)
• Basic knowledge of streaming tools (OBS, StreamLab is a plus)
