Job Title: Discord & Twitch Team Lead (On-site)

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 5

Type: Full-time (On-site)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Discord/Twitch Sales Executives.
• Generate leads and drive sales through Discord, and Twitch communities.
• Train, mentor, and monitor team performance to achieve targets.
• Pitch and negotiate offerings with content creators and community managers.
• Build long-term partnerships and provide monthly performance reports.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience with at least 2-3 years in a lead/manager role.
• Strong knowledge of Discord & Twitch platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and deal-closing skills.
• Ability to motivate a sales team and deliver results.
