Responsibilities

• Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using appropriate cleaning procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant including bathrooms.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards rigorously to uphold health regulations and prevent contamination.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operation during busy service periods.
• Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
• Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and sanitation standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues during high-pressure situations.
• Ability to read and write English.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
