<Duties>

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to meet health standards.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and handling simple food items when needed.
• Support the kitchen staff by maintaining a clean work environment and organizing supplies.
• Help with general cleaning duties around the restaurant, including floors, counters, and dining areas.
• Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
• Collaborate with team members during busy periods to ensure timely service and cleanliness.
• Assist with setting up banquet or catering events by preparing serving areas and cleaning up afterward.

<Requirements>

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a lively setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Willingness to learn basic food prep tasks and support team members as needed.
