Dishwasher

Job Description:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen area
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in kitchen
• Conduct regular cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and surfaces
• Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment
• Maintain dishwashing equipment in good working condition
• Ensure adequate supplies of clean dishes and utensils for service
• Manage waste disposal and recycling in kitchen area
• Support kitchen staff with food preparation and plating tasks
• Maintain organization and tidiness of kitchen storage areas

Qualification & Experience:

• Secondary in Arts
• Middle School in General Education
• 4 to 6 years of relevant Experience

Essential Technical Skills

• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing procedures for kitchen equipment and surfaces
• Dishwashing Equipment Operation: Ability to operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
• Food Safety: Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards in kitchen area
