Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Duties

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashers or by hand as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas by regularly cleaning countertops, floors, and equipment.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as required, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes and utensils during peak service times.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain health and safety standards.
• Participate in the overall cleanliness of the restaurant by disposing of trash and recycling appropriately.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
• Experience in bussing tables, food preparation, or catering is advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to culinary operations.
