Dishwasher-Evening

Join the team at HiroNori Craft Ramen, a fast-paced and high-energy kitchen known for top-rated ramen and exceptional service. We’re looking for a dependable and efficient part-time dishwasher to help keep our back-of-house operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Prepare and change out white rice
• Help prepare soup broth
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish station and back kitchen area
• Dispose of trash and assist with general cleaning
• Assist kitchen staff as needed
• Assist serving staff with bussing duties as needed
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are always followed

Schedule: Job Type: Part-time

• Part-time: 12–25 hours per week, possibility of full-time
• Dinner Shifts: Weekdays 5:00 PM - 10:30 PM and Weekends 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Evening availability required on Saturday and Sunday
