Dishwasher/Busser

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen and dining areas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, with experience in bussing, food preparation, and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to ensure a hygienic kitchen environment.
• Assist servers by bussing tables promptly and efficiently to enhance the dining experience for guests.
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Help set up for banquets or catering events by arranging tables, chairs, and serving equipment as required.
• Follow all food handling safety regulations to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are met.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a commitment to providing excellent hospitality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in various roles within the kitchen and dining areas.
