Duties

• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a steady flow of seating and service
• Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans using proper cleaning procedures to uphold health standards
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating or organizing ingredients when needed
• Support catering and banquet events by setting up tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness
• Ensure all kitchen and dining areas are sanitized and organized according to safety protocols
• Help with general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, and maintaining restrooms
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while supporting overall guest satisfaction

Skills

• Experience in food handling, cleaning, or food service environments preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues and guests
• Familiarity with hospitality or restaurant experience enhances your ability to adapt quickly
• Willingness to learn new skills related to catering, banquet setup, or culinary support
