Responsibilities

• Efficiently clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold high sanitation standards.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients to support culinary operations.
• Support catering and banquet events by preparing food items and maintaining a clean work area.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, dining areas, and service zones through regular cleaning routines.
• Help with bussing tables during busy service times to ensure a tidy dining environment.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of prepared food items for service.

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with food preparation techniques such as basic cooking or plating is a plus.
• Familiarity with catering or banquet service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
