Job Description:
WeatherGard is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant to the Sales Dispatcher to support our growing sales operations.Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for organization and precision? WeatherGard, a trusted name in the Michigan home improvement industry for nearly 40 years, is expanding after a record-breaking 2025. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our fast-paced dispatch team to ensure our sales data and scheduling run flawlessly.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist the Sales Dispatcher with all daily computer-based tasks.
- Data Verification: Perform meticulous data entry and verification for sales leads and appointments.
- Payroll Prep: Manage and audit department timesheets to ensure accuracy for payroll processing.
- Operational Flow: Help maintain real-time communication between the sales force and the dispatch office.
- Reporting: Assist in generating daily and weekly performance reports.
Requirements:
- Advanced Data Entry Skills: Minimum of 3 years of experience with high-volume data entry and accuracy.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of office software (Excel, CRM systems, and digital timesheets).
- Organizational Mastery: Ability to manage multiple digital workflows and meet tight daily deadlines.
- Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.

- Starting Pay: $18–$20/hour, depending on experience.

Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Schedule: 8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday (Weekends as needed).
- Location: Must be able to commute to Farmington, MI 48336.
