Pay Range: Starting at $22 / hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatch Billing Administrator to support our operations and accounting teams. This role is responsible for coordinating dispatch documentation, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate billing for completed services. The ideal candidate will maintain strong communication between dispatch, technicians, and the accounting department to ensure timely and accurate billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and close out invoices based on completed service calls
• Verify dispatch records and work orders for billing accuracy
• Coordinate with dispatchers, technicians, and operations staff to resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain and update billing records in internal systems
• Track completed jobs and ensure they are invoiced in a timely manner
• Assist with customer billing inquiries
• Generate billing reports and summaries for the operations or finance team
• Maintain organized files of invoices, dispatch records, and supporting documentation
• Support administrative tasks related to dispatch operations and accounting

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, or Logistics is an asset
• 1–3 years of experience in billing, dispatch administration, logistics support, or accounting administration
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and documentation
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with ServiceTrade Dispatch Software is an asset
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
