
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily attendance records and employee timesheets.
- Record and verify overtime, leave, absences, and shift schedules.
- Prepare manpower reports and submit them to management as required.
- Coordinate the dispatch of personnel, vehicles, equipment, and materials to designated locations.
- Ensure all dispatch records are accurate and updated.
- Monitor workforce allocation and availability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance and dispatch reports.
- Coordinate with supervisors regarding manpower requirements and deployment.
- Maintain employee records and filing systems.
- Assist with payroll-related data such as attendance and overtime records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
