Role- Desktop Support

We have a new opportunity available at the NJ location for a short-term assignment, with a potential extension. Please find the details below:

Location: 25100 W. JB Hunt Drive, AR 72758, Rogers, USA
Duration: 5 days (with possible extension up to one month)
Dates: March 9th to March 13th
Rate: $25- $27/hr

Typically 2-3 years of experience · Working technical knowledge, in order to address service work orders for PCs, laptops, phones, peripherals, Teams meeting rooms hardware · Working technical knowledge of standard systems and business software · Customer facing soft skills · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge · Works on problems/projects of moderately medium-complex scope · Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures · Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations. · Ability to provide disposal services · Able to independently problem solve · Able to provide feedback on new technical processes to help drive efficiency · No OEM certifications (break and fix support is assumed to be provided over OEM warranty)

Troubleshoot basic network issues and understands the administering of switches, routers, and firewalls · Knowledge of backup, tape, and exchange infrastructures · Ability to configure routers and switches · Integration and customization of hardware components on operating systems and networks · No CCNA or similar certifications · The Workplace Advanced Engineer will be the coordinators and the VIP support
