Job Title: Sales Coordinator – Dispatch & Sales Support
Location: [Shilaj, Ahmedabad]

Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team for orders and client follow-ups.
Manage dispatch work – preparing challans, invoices, and coordinating with logistics.
Track order status and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Maintain records of dispatch, orders, and payment collections.
Communicate with customers regarding order & dispatch updates.
Support sales team with reports, quotations, and documentation.
Skills Required:
Good communication & coordination skills
Knowledge of dispatch documents (invoice, challan, GRN, etc.)
Basic MS Excel & email handling
Ability to multitask and manage both sales & dispatch records
Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Management preferred)
1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Dispatch / Back Office
