Dispatch Executive

We are looking for a Dispatch Executive

Salary: UP TO 22K

Location: Saroorpur, Faridabad

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Receive, analyze, and prioritize customer orders, service requests, and emergency alerts.
• Dispatching & Scheduling: Assign vehicles and drivers to appropriate locations based on customer needs, schedules, and available resources.
• Logistics & Route Planning: Develop and optimize delivery routes using mapping software, considering traffic and weather conditions.
• Communication: Serve as the central point of contact between customers, drivers, and other departments, providing updates, relaying information, and resolving issues.
• Monitoring & Tracking: Track the progress of drivers and shipments to ensure adherence to schedules and deadlines.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deliveries, driver logs, maintenance schedules, customer interactions, and inventory.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the dispatch process, such as delays or complaints.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that drivers and the dispatch operations comply with relevant transportation regulations and laws

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
