Job Purpose:
To manage end-to-end stock and dispatch operations — ensuring accurate inventory tracking, timely order fulfillment, and smooth coordination between warehouse, sales, and courier partners for efficient and error-free delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage stock levels of finished goods across warehouse and storage areas.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
- Maintain accurate records of inward (receipts) and outward (dispatches) stock movement.
- Coordinate with production and purchase teams for stock availability and replenishment.
- Plan and execute dispatches for customer, distributor, and online orders as per timelines.
- Generate and manage dispatch documentation – invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, etc.
- Coordinate with courier partners / transporters for pick-up and delivery schedules.
- Track and update shipment status; address any delays or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and product handling to avoid damage or mix-ups.
- Prepare daily/weekly stock and dispatch MIS reports for management review.
- Manage returns, damaged goods, and adjustment entries in coordination with accounts.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse area.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of inventory and dispatch management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP / inventory management systems.
- Familiarity with courier portals (Shiprocket, BlueDart, Delhivery, etc.).
- Good coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail with a hands-on, process-driven approach.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in Commerce / Supply Chain / Logistics or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in inventory and dispatch operations.
- Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or e-commerce preferred.
