Dispatch Executive

• Order Verification and Preparation: Accurately match products, quantities, and batch numbers to invoices before packaging.
• Route Optimization: Plan and schedule daily delivery routes for drivers to ensure the most efficient and timely dispatch of goods.
• Documentation Management: Prepare and process all necessary dispatch paperwork, including invoices, delivery challans, and transportation documents.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all dispatch and transportation procedures, especially for cold chain products, adhere to pharmaceutical distribution standards (e.g., GDP).
• Shipment Tracking: Monitor the real-time location and status of deliveries and communicate any issues or delays to relevant stakeholders (sales, customers).
• Issue Resolution: Promptly address and resolve all logistical problems, delivery discrepancies, and transit damages.
• Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of all dispatch activities, schedules, and proofs of delivery.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
