Dispatch Executive

Role Overview

The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient dispatch of finished goods from the factory to distributors, retailers, and e-commerce partners. This role demands strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple shipments while maintaining proper documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the production and sales teams to plan dispatch schedules based on daily and weekly requirements.
• Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and documentation (invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, etc.) for all dispatches.
• Liaise with transporters, distributors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain and update dispatch logs, stock-out records, and gate pass entries.
• Conduct regular checks to verify finished goods stock levels and reconcile physical vs. system inventory.
• Track shipment status and handle any delivery delays, damages, or returns.
• Support coordination with Blinkit, Amazon, and retail logistics partners for fulfillment and returns.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics roles (FMCG/Food industry experience preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask under pressure and meet daily dispatch deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of GST, E-way Bills, and logistics documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,369.34 - ₹20,000.00 per month
