Job Title: Dispatch Executive
Location: Choubey Colony, Near Samta Colony, Raipur, C.G.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of materials/products. The role requires strong coordination skills, record management, and the ability to handle dispatch-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely dispatch of goods
• Prepare and maintain dispatch challans, invoices, and related documents
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams
• Track vehicle movement and delivery schedules
• Maintain stock and dispatch records accurately
• Handle communication with transporters and delivery personnel
• Ensure proper packaging, labelling, and loading of goods
• Resolve dispatch-related queries and issues

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics/inventory
• Good knowledge of dispatch documentation
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work responsibly and meet deadlines
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
