Dispatch Executive

The Dispatch Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the dispatch of finished goods to customers, ensuring timely deliveries, proper documentation, and accurate record-keeping. The role involves close coordination with the production, stores, and transport departments to maintain smooth dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule dispatch activities as per customer orders.
• Prepare and verify delivery challans, invoices, and transport documents.
• Coordinate with the transport team or logistics partners for timely dispatch.
• Monitor stock availability and ensure proper packaging and labeling of materials.
• Maintain dispatch records and update daily dispatch reports.
• Track shipments and handle any dispatch-related issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Communicate with customers regarding dispatch status and delivery schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics operations (Freshers can also apply).
• Knowledge of ERP / Tally / MS Excel preferred.
• Good coordination, communication, and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
