Job Title: Dispatch Executive Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana Employment Type: Full-time Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred Position Summary: The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing dispatch operations, transport coordination, and billing documentation to ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities: • Handling dispatch planning and day-to-day coordination • Preparing delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and dispatch-related documents • Coordinating with transporters and drivers for timely material dispatch • Transport coordination and freight billing handling • Coordination with internal teams (production, store, sales, accounts) • Maintaining dispatch records, reports, and documentation • Ensuring timely and accurate dispatch as per schedule

Skills Required: • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP preferred) • Good communication and coordination skills • Ability to manage multiple dispatch activities efficiently • Knowledge of transport billing and logistics coordination Qualification & Experience: • Graduate / 12th Pass (as per suitability) • 1–3 years experience in Dispatch / Logistics / Warehouse handling preferred
