DISPATCH EXECUTIVE

Location: Daman. Industry: Plastic Injection Lighting, Manufacturing.

We are a fast-growing medium scale Plastic Injection Manufacturing unit catering to reputed lighting brands across India. We are strengthening our dispatch and logistics system and looking for a disciplined, system-driven professional.

Job Description

Overseeing the dispatching process, ensuring that goods and services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

Scheduling Dispatches: on customer orders, production schedules, and inventory availability.

· Ensure timely and accurate delivery of FG/ products to customers.

· Plan and execute daily dispatch as per production & sales schedule.

· Coordination with Production, Stores & Transporters.

· Preparation of Dispatch Documents (Invoice, E-way bill, LR coordination).

· Maintain Dispatch MIS in Excel.

· Ensure FIFO & correct packing standards.

· Maintain dispatch register & transporter records.

· Daily dispatch reporting to management.

· Stock reconciliation with Stores.

Qualification

· Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Any Commerce / Management stream preferred)

· Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas mandatory).

Requirements

· Good coordination & communication skills.

· Experience in manufacturing dispatch (Plastic / Electrical / Engineering industry preferred).

· Strong documentation & system discipline.

· Able to handle transporter negotiation & follow-ups.

· Local candidates preferred.

· Candidates willing to relocate to Daman may apply.

· Accommodation can be provided to selected candidate.

Experience

· 3–6 years’ experience in Dispatch in Plastic Injection / Manufacturing Industry.

Experience in handling daily dispatch of minimum 2–5 vehicles per day preferred.

Salary

· ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience & skills).
