Job Purpose: Responsible for effective implementation of Dispatch in coordination with CRE / Accounts / Production & top management.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating with CRE, Quality team and accounts team before preparing for dispatch. Verify product quality, get confirmation on payment received status & mode of transport required.
- Plan the dispatch in the morning after confirming the payment status, production status and mode of transport.
- Communicate effectively with logistics / transport vendors, drivers for scheduling of transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and prepare necessary reports.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the dispatch process.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to improve dispatch operations.
- Inform Hr about any additional manpower required atleast one day prior.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Timely action must be taken for better results.
- Must have decision making powers and team handling exposure.

Duty Timing: 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
