Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor dispatch of TMT bars and structural steel materials.
• Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and clients for smooth deliveries.
• Maintain dispatch records and ensure material quantity & quality checks.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, logistics, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Graduate with experience in steel, TMT, or construction material dispatch.
• Knowledge of billing software, MS Excel, and logistics documentation.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
