Dispatch Executive

We are looking for an experienced OTR Dispatcher with prior exposure to US-based trucking/logistics operations. The ideal candidate should be confident in load booking, tracking & tracing, and coordinating with drivers and brokers to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book loads with brokers and negotiate basic rates
• Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
• Coordinate with drivers, brokers, and customers
• Handle in-transit issues and provide timely updates
• Maintain dispatch records and reports

Requirements:

• 1 to 4 years of experience as an OTR Dispatcher
• Prior experience with a US-based trucking/logistics company
• Strong knowledge of load booking, tracking & tracing
• Good English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Comfortable working US night shifts
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple loads
