Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Faridabad for the position of Dispatch Executive. The selected candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of product dispatches to ensure timely delivery while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing inventory, organizing transportation, preparing shipping documents, and liaising with customers and logistics partners. The role also involves tracking shipments, addressing any delivery-related issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and logistics teams effectively.
• Proficiency in using dispatch and inventory management software, as well as basic computer skills such as MS Office.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and compliance standards.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in supply chain management is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
